Once pleadings are completed each party must disclose to the other party the documents in his or her possession which touch upon or relate to the matters in issue. It will be your obligation to identify those documents for us and provide us with copies so that the opposite party may be informed. This is a continuing obligation on your part which continues until the conclusion of the law suit.
